My Man’s Buffalo Sauce

I am one of those lucky women out there who’s husband Likes to cook. He has one of those ‘a little of this a little of that mentality’ so I can never make what he makes. However eating wings is a very regular thing in our house. So this sauce he has down to a tee and anyone (even I) can make this buffalo sauce!My Man's Buffalo sauce is perfect with wings, potatoes, rice, & more. This easy recipe only takes 4 ingredients. Perfect for any hot sauce loving crowd!
 I love to watch football, the whole family does… between us we have so many favorite teams it seems there is always one playing.
Our favorite thing to snack on, for game day, has to be wings!! My Man makes them the best. He bakes them in the oven with a mixture of seasonings (I promise to get that for you soon). After, we add this delicious Buffalo sauce. I put this sauce on almost anything on my plate too. Its great on rice and vegetables!

 What you need for you Buffalo Sauce:

  • 3/4 Cup Hot Sauce (we use Franks)
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1T Butter
Mince your garlic.
Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
Let it simmer until butter is melted.
Stir and let it simmer for 20 mins.
Remove from heat.

Like it extra spicy?  Add more hot sauce.  Garlic lover?  Add another clove. The best part of this recipe is it’s a food muse. It is Great how it is, but it’s open to your own personal flair.
