Cheesecake Bites Recipe

My little one has been obsessed with watching kids cooking shows! Her most recent favorite, Kids Baking Championship.

But, there are two big problems. 1. She isn’t a chef and 2. We don’t have the pantry that they have on the show.

Last 4th of July we created a simple cheesecake dip and we had similar ingredients around. So today we created these amazing little bite-sized desserts.

The simplicity of this recipe is what makes it perfect for kids to make or a last-minute dessert. Unlike traditional cheesecake recipes, It doesn’t require sour cream, melted butter, or even to be baked in a mini muffin pan. (I despise having to clean those!)

These cheesecake bites are the perfect amount of sweetness and easy enough that even a toddler could create them!

While a standard cheesecake bite recipe involves melting and baking and several ingredients, these are so simple that a toddler can make them!

Tips For Making Strawberry Cheesecake Bites:

Making these quick treats is so simple. They are perfect for kids to make. (side note they can totally be created by adults too! Why should the kiddos have all the fun?)

There is only one thing you might need to do for your kiddo and that is slice up the strawberries. It really depends on their age and ability in the kitchen.

The amount of bites you make is up to you. Just keep the ratio below and you can create a double batch or a whole platter of simple cheesecake bites.

If you don’t have whipped cream cheese, you can use room-temperature cream cheese and whip it well with a hand mixer before adding the brown sugar to it.

Little hands can use a spoon to spread the cheesecake mixture.

Adults can use a butter knife or even a piping bag.

Kids will love arranging the fruit on top. This recipe uses fresh strawberries. But it’s super easy to swap them out for your child’s favorite toppings. Try these fun alternatives!

  • chocolate coating or chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar
  • raspberries
  • cherry pie filling

These no bake cheesecake bites are so delicious and quite a bit better for you than a slice of a traditional cheesecake. When your little one can make a treat that tastes and looks this good they will be so excited to hand them out.

You can serve them in a variety of settings:

  • After school snack
  • Classroom party
  • Holiday party
  • Watch party
  • 4th of July or Canada Day
