Make amazing cheesecake bites using 4 simple ingredients. It’s a recipe so easy a 5-year-old can make it. And so tasty the whole family will enjoy them.
My little one has been obsessed with watching kids cooking shows! Her most recent favorite, Kids Baking Championship.
But, there are two big problems. 1. She isn’t a chef and 2. We don’t have the pantry that they have on the show.
Last 4th of July we created a simple cheesecake dip and we had similar ingredients around. So today we created these amazing little bite-sized desserts.
These cheesecake bites are the perfect amount of sweetness and easy enough that even a toddler could create them!
While a standard cheesecake bite recipe involves melting and baking and several ingredients, these are so simple that a toddler can make them!

Cheesecake snack ingredients
- Graham Crackers. The normal ones will do and you can break them into squares or you could get bite-sized ones too!
- Whipped Cream Cheese.
- Brown Sugar.
How to make these quick treats:
Making these quick treats is so simple. They are perfect for kids to make. (side note they can totally be created by adults too! Why should the kiddos have all the fun?)
There is only one thing you might need to do for your kiddo and that is slice up the strawberries. It really depends on their age and ability in the kitchen.
Mix together your cheesecake spread. Use the ratio of 2 Tablespoons of whipped cream cheese to 1 Teaspoon of brown sugar. The amount you make is up to you. How many bites are you making and how much spread you want on each bite.
Mix up your spread until it is nice and smooth.
Add a bit of your cheesecake mix to each of your graham crackers. Little hands can use a spoon.
Or if you want to be a bit more precise you could use a butter knife. Want to get really fancy? You could use a piping bag with a fun tip!
Next, add on a slice of strawberry or two. Put them on a cute plate and let your kids serve them up!
These bites are so delicious and quite a bit better for you than a slice of a traditional cheesecake. When your little one can make a treat that tastes and looks this good they will be so excited to hand them out.
They would be a great addition to any holiday get together!
