When throwing a birthday party for younger kids finding things that are fun for them to do is tricky. V was turning 2 so there weren’t going to be a lot of games. Making this Pink Lemonade Party Station was perfect! This interactive lemonade stand was a hit with both kids and adults. The idea that they were going to pick their pink, a.k.a mix their own pink lemonade was exciting.

Making a quick Pink Lemonade Purée

You can quickly make a purée from any frozen fruit. Just add it to a saucepan with a bit of sugar and heat over med-low heat until it can be smashed with a fork or potato smasher. Let cool before serving… no one will want warm pink lemonade…We found that all it took was a dunk with their straw into the flavor of their choice and a quick stir. All the kiddos were walking around with different shades of pink lemonade, that they hand mixed themselves. Which matched our summer theme party decor perfectly! Each time they could mix it up differently for another great shade of pink!
