Almost Healthy Zucchini Brownies

I Love chocolate!! If it’s around I eat it… If it’s not around, I crave it! So when Mama H emailed me a recipe handed down from her mother for Zucchini Brownies I had to try them. I mean they contain veggies, that makes them almost healthy brownies…right?!?!Keep this zucchini recipe in your back pocket for the next time you want to make something sweet. One of grandma's recipes passed down through generations. Almost healthy zucchini brownies.

haha I like that these are "almost" healthy. I'm all about sneaking veggies in whenever you can. These look really yummy. I'm sure my son will LOVE them.

I'm going to have to try these! They look PHENOMENAL!!! And I love zucchini loaf, etc. I also love how you called it "almost healthy" you're not pretending it's more than what it actually is :)

I don't think a brownie could ever be classified as healthy ;) This is as close as you will probably get with it still tasting delicious!!
