Sometimes you’re craving a simple, sweet, crisp side dish. Let me introduce you to a new little salad that Hubby created.
When he first suggested this combo, I will admit…I was a bit skeptical.
It was so refreshing and tasty, I knew I had to share it.
The ingredient list is simple:
1 Red Pepper
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
Cut the mango, cucumber, and red pepper into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Give it all a good mix.
Place in your fridge to chill.
I love getting a bite with a little bit of everything on it.
