My Man’s Baked Chicken Wings

Well, that big game is right around the corner… You know the one (I’m not sure if I can even say the name of it for legal reasons..) That means it is time to bring out your best munchies, have a few friends over and watch a great game. I’m hoping for a more exciting game than last year.  Even if the game isn’t great you can make sure the food is.  As I promised before, I watched My Man make his Baked Chicken Wings, then did it myself to make sure it was foolproof just for you! These Baked Chicken Wings are cooked slow and low and finished off with some heat. As football food or a fun dinner, anyone can make this tasty appetizer.

How to make these Baked Chicken Wings:

  • Amounts are based on coating 18 full sized wings (all 3 pieces together)
  • 1.5T of Adobo
  • 3.5T of Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 2-3T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
These Baked Chicken Wings are cooked slow and low and finished off with some heat. As football food or a fun dinner, anyone can make this tasty appetizer.
First, preheat your oven to 275 degrees

Toss the wings in seasoning and oil.
You just want the Oil to coat the wings lightly not drench them.
Spread them on a baking sheet.
Foil is optional.
It does make clean up easier, but the wings can stick a little and can take a little wiggling to get off.
(As you can see I opt for the faster clean up!)
Bake your wings for 2 hours at 275. Slow and Low they will be nice and tender.

Then crank it up to 400 for about 15-20 minutes so they get nice and golden.
